Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Daily/Weekly Stays: 1 to 29 Days
Good Faith Deposit – Up to 3 nights will be charged at the time of reservation (for shorter stays, the total amount will be held as deposit)
Balance Payments – Remaining charges for full stay will be applied upon check-in
Cancellation Policy: 1 to 29 Days
15 to 30 days prior to arrival – $30 will be charged as processing fee
Within 14 days of arrival – Deposit made at the time of reservation will be charged as processing fee
Early departure – No refunds, including deposit, will be offered if the check-out date is altered
Monthly Stays: 30 Days & Above
Good Faith Deposit – A non-refundable charge of $500 will be applied when making a reservation. This amount will be credited towards the last month of your stay
Monthly payments – Charges will be applied at the start of each month
Cancellation Policy: 30 Days & Above
At least 61 days prior to arrival – 25% of the deposit will be charged as processing fee
Within 60 days of arrival – Full deposit will be charged as processing fee
Early departure – No refunds, including deposit, will be offered if the check-out date is altered
Management reserves the right to refuse or evict anyone who does not comply with the rules and regulations of Weir’s Beach RV Resort.
